Philippians 4:4-9
Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, rejoice! Let your gentle spirit be known to all men. The Lord is near. Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. and the peace of God which surpasses all comprehension, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Finally, brethren, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is of good repute, if there is any excellence and if anything worthy of praise, dwell on these things. The things you have learned and received and heard and seen in me, practice these things, and the God of peace will be with you.

Busy

While in Palm Springs we were privileged to go to a horse jumping competition.
Now I will start with saying we are not familiar with this sport at all, nor the etiquette of being on the grounds, so it was a little intimidating.
We had a great time.  Especially Hannah.  She loved every minute of it.
Then of course there was lots and lots of pool time.
And my bathing beauty wanted me to know she was getting tanned!  You go girl!
And I bet you can tell what age Caleb has reached!  Get that camera out of my face Mom---Not again Mom!
Putting my pride aside here---I sure do love this little guy!
Nothing like burring your sister that makes a teenage heart glad.
And of course our little man again!  Life is so very sweet.
Hannah was trying to rub Harrison's tummy, butt this little teething drool bucket had a different idea for that hand.  It was very cute.
And some lovin' from Justice.  I think he was feeling a little left out.
 Awe!
Just found this one from the game.  Harrison was lovin' the game!

My kids getting their first experience with an oasis.
Of course if you live in our family that means a good place for a trail run.  Caleb was glad Dad was up to running and training with him for his 10 mile run in April.
My beautiful treasure--Precious says it all!
The stunning little oasis in the middle of the desert.
And we will finish up with some Grandpa and Harrison time.  Working out those muscles and chewing on some shoes.  Lots of fun.

An Extra Day!

After our visit with Danielle and Ryan in Santa Barbara, we headed to Palm Springs for a week of sunshine.  And were very blessed when Danielle, Ryan and Harrison decided to come with us for a couple of days!  Yeah!!!
The first day we headed out to Phoenix.  We drove by the General Patton Museum, but it was closed, so we just looked at lots of tanks.
Then we went to a spring training game!
And guess who was playing?  Ryan's favorite team, the San Francisco Giants!  Go Giants!  It was beautiful and sunny!  We sat in the grass in right field and just took it all in.
David and Caleb loved being right next to the bull pen and watching the guys warm-up.
For me----Well I can actually tell you I have absolutely no idea what happened at the game.  I had this wonderful ball of sleepiness and was in my own little love world.
My beautiful daughter and our handsome grandson!
I think he was liking this pool thing!  What a ham!
Caleb loves spending time with all the big guys in the family.  He really misses them when they are not around.
Everyone took some time floating in the lazy river.  Caleb more like raced around it.
 Just chilling.
Just learning to swim with Dad!
Awe---I love it when they take that wet diaper off!
Our sweet Harrison is getting chunky!  Gotta love baby rolls.
 Grandpa and Harrison loves.
 Just chillin' with my Grandpa!

Baby, Zoo, Vacation...Yeah

A few weeks ago we headed out on a 10 day vacation!  And if that was not great enough, I got to add in holding our little guy again!  At 5 months old he was getting a lot more interactive and Hannah and Caleb really enjoyed that part!
Ryan was such a trooper heading out to the zoo with us after a graveyard shift.  Notice the sunshine--oh glorious sunshine after a Pacific Northwest winter.  Harrison was really enjoying the zoo experience, snoozing on Grandpa's chest!
Hannah loves big sister time.  She really misses both of her big sisters a lot.  She asks me often when we are going to Hawaii---not because she want to see the beach  and sand, but for Erinn.
We were enjoying the close up of all animals enjoying the sun.  The one little guy played dead like this for a few minutes.  The kids thought it was great.
I have never had such a good view of Gorillas.  I was loving this one.
He was so majestic.
This guy just scowled at us, like he wanted us to quit bothering him!
So much fun!
This guy was so close and so ugly in a beautiful way.  Do you ever stop and think of how amazing creation is and how varied?  And that God chose to make such different looking creatures.  Beautiful!
Danielle and Ryan enjoying the day.
Caleb enjoying being an uncle.  Harrison was so content for a long time looking at the animals with Caleb.
Hannah and her PINK flamingos.  Danielle jokingly asked her which was her favorite---and without hesitation, she turned around and showed her!  She also got to push Harrison in the stroller.  Her dream come true!

Thanksgiving

Since the blog is still being happy and taking my pictures, I though I would catch up, since this is a journal of our family's journey.  And who would not want to see more pictures of cute Harrison all bundled up like a little polar bear to go on a cold evening walk.
The crowd out for a walk, not all so willingly--LOL!  Some thought we were crazy--Danielle.
Drew and Courtney on the other hand are very familiar with cold nights coming from Eastern Washington.
Our cute little Harrison getting ready for bedtime before Thanksgiving.  He is such a cutie!
Harrison can not believe they put him in an outfit with a large TURKEY on his BUTT!
My parents, Great Grandpa and Grandma Fogliasso, with their first great-grandchild!
David's grandmother, Harrison's Great-Great Grandma Mae.  Yes we have 5 generations on both sides.
 Drew and Courntey
 Caleb and Harrison
My mom and dad, Loren and Marsha
 Ryan and Danielle
 David and Grandma Mae
Thanksgiving night hike.  Part way up you can see Medford totally socked in under the fog.
You can see where they are headed behind them, Roxy Ann Peak.
 Wow!
The evening sunset over Medford---Beautiful!
