Philippians 4:4-9
Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, rejoice! Let your gentle spirit be known to all men. The Lord is near. Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. and the peace of God which surpasses all comprehension, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Finally, brethren, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is of good repute, if there is any excellence and if anything worthy of praise, dwell on these things. The things you have learned and received and heard and seen in me, practice these things, and the God of peace will be with you.

Delayed Thanksgiving Pictures

We had the privilege of spending all last week in beautiful Baker City.
David spent his days hunting and we spent the evenings visiting with friends.
You will notice there are NO ELK pictures.....enough said on the hunting front!!!!
We stood in awe of the majestic mountains surrounding Baker City!!
Here are our wonderful friends, Andy and Kris, whom allowed us to crash all week at their home and even invade their family Thanksgiving dinner.
Hannah enjoyed getting to know some new friends--Ruby, Cassie and Bryson.
Kids of all ages enjoyed the fishing game in between the football on TV. David played hearts for hours.
I love the way God weaves our lives in with others to make a beautiful tapestry.
Here I am with Kris and her daughter Heather. Heather was once in the youth group David and I led and now we share the common joy of being adoptive moms together. Kris has been a good friend for years and she has been a wonderful example of parenting a second time around with a younger set!!
