Philippians 4:4-9
Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, rejoice! Let your gentle spirit be known to all men. The Lord is near. Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. and the peace of God which surpasses all comprehension, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Finally, brethren, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is of good repute, if there is any excellence and if anything worthy of praise, dwell on these things. The things you have learned and received and heard and seen in me, practice these things, and the God of peace will be with you.

Bikes anyone.

Today we had a joyous day in the sun and trees with family and friends.

This is the mountain David and Caleb climbed last weekend!
The plan was for Caleb, Hannah and I to ride the 9 mile trail and David to run.
But alas, Hannah's little legs were not going to go far.
David and she did 2 miles and drove to meet us at the end. Caleb and I did all 9 miles with the crowd from church.
Then David was able to run the 9 miles back, just for fun he says!?!
We finished the day swimming in the lake and visiting with Erinn and her friends who were up there camping for the weekend.

What FUN!!! (except, of course, the "ran 9 miles for the fun of it" part)

It was GREAT to see you all last month. Thanks for your wonderful hospitality! We are home now ... after a 9000 mile Road Trip. This mama is ready to stay out of the van for awhile.

Be BLESSED!

Laurel :)
