Philippians 4:4-9
Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, rejoice! Let your gentle spirit be known to all men. The Lord is near. Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. and the peace of God which surpasses all comprehension, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Finally, brethren, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is of good repute, if there is any excellence and if anything worthy of praise, dwell on these things. The things you have learned and received and heard and seen in me, practice these things, and the God of peace will be with you.

Go Cougars!

Finally got a moment to upload pictures from this weekend!
The guys warming up pre-race.

Every runner needs a good support team!!
Just glad we could be close for this one.
On the line nerves.
In the midst of the pack.
An unbelievable shot in the middle of the crowd running by.
A mile into it.
Quite a crowd for a guy used to being in the front of the pack.
What a joy to watch him run the race before him in all ways so well.
Drew ran a PR of 15:30 for his 5K (what he raced last year in high school)! Then he had to race another 3K on top of that!
That last 3K was a little painful.
Drew was 11th place overall.
Running for the finish line.
Drew was 7th man for the Cougars!
So nice to see him at the finish.
The cool down run.
Sounds like this group of guys is doing well together, what a blessing to hear.
