Philippians 4:4-9
Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, rejoice! Let your gentle spirit be known to all men. The Lord is near. Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. and the peace of God which surpasses all comprehension, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Finally, brethren, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is of good repute, if there is any excellence and if anything worthy of praise, dwell on these things. The things you have learned and received and heard and seen in me, practice these things, and the God of peace will be with you.

Pac 12's Running Overload!

This weekend was Drew's NCAA Pac 12 meet in Phoneix, Arizona
So here goes with picture overload!
Warm ups with the team.
So strange to see Pac 12 instead of Pac 10, since Colorado and Utah joined up this year.
The finish line and ultimate goal.
The guys ready to go.
And they are off.
I really missed not being able to go see him race, but glad David had the opportunity to go and bring home pictures.

We are looking forward to going to Regionals at Stanford in a couple of weeks.
These three guys are in 4,5 and 6th places right here.
I so love seeing my kids grow up, but the leaving is hard.  I miss this guy and strangely to say, I miss his noise.
It is fun seeing him running strong and actually a personal best in this race, after an early achilles injury and some stomach issues.
Love this set of three pictures snapped right in a row.
And around the corner.
Look at that sweat, it was much hotter in Phoenix than it had been in Pullman!
Into the finish following his teammate for 4th and 5th place team finishes and two personal bests.
Two tired guys with personal bests and really stepping it up for their team.
Drew and his friend, Courtney, who runs for the lady Cougars.
