Philippians 4:4-9
Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, rejoice! Let your gentle spirit be known to all men. The Lord is near. Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. and the peace of God which surpasses all comprehension, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Finally, brethren, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is of good repute, if there is any excellence and if anything worthy of praise, dwell on these things. The things you have learned and received and heard and seen in me, practice these things, and the God of peace will be with you.

Joy in Many Forms

I am thankful beyond words that life has slowed down to a pace I can actually keep up with!!
We have gotten to see quite a few of these naps around the house---actually Drew was sleeping off an egg nog hang over and Hannah was faking it--see the little grin!!

Then we helped Grandma Mae do some baking since her oven is broken.
Hannah has her braids half taken out---I liked it so we kept the back in a 'puff ball' for church.

Then there were the relaxing games of Scotch Bridge followed by.....some face paced games of Dutch Blitz!! I guess we like the foreign card games?!?
And as you can see from the picture Danielle and Ryan made it here!!!
Erinn is anxiously awaiting Mike's arrival about midnight tonight!!!
And joys would not be complete without a picture of our youngest treasures in their Christmas duds. And yesterday a good friend informed us of their decision to adopt from Ethiopia!!! Boy did that just make my day!!
