Philippians 4:4-9
Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, rejoice! Let your gentle spirit be known to all men. The Lord is near. I think he was pretty happy with it.
The course was partially open and flat, but the majority was on narrow trails through the trees with lots of sharp corners.
