Philippians 4:4-9
Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, rejoice! Let your gentle spirit be known to all men. The Lord is near. Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. and the peace of God which surpasses all comprehension, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Finally, brethren, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is of good repute, if there is any excellence and if anything worthy of praise, dwell on these things. The things you have learned and received and heard and seen in me, practice these things, and the God of peace will be with you.

The Up and Coming Track Star?!

I think David is going to have to read up on how to train a sprinter!!
Look at that face!
He passed 3 guys coming into finish of the 400M for 3rd place of all the boys 12 and under.
I think we may need to work on that form! Look at the head in the air!
He was actually leading the 50M and the boy you see to the right of the picture started on the left of Caleb and crossed over in front of him!
The next pictures are fun because the camera was on some crazy setting and took lots of pictures in a row!
He's up! He misses the other boy!
He's down!
And he is laughing!
Then a first try ever at the high jump!
Notice he is running straight into the pit. Not the best way to go!
He's up!
And he is over!
Maybe a decathlete?
