Philippians 4:4-9
Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, rejoice! Let your gentle spirit be known to all men. The Lord is near. Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. and the peace of God which surpasses all comprehension, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Finally, brethren, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is of good repute, if there is any excellence and if anything worthy of praise, dwell on these things. The things you have learned and received and heard and seen in me, practice these things, and the God of peace will be with you.

I Can't Believe It----

.....that my guys talked me into this!!!!!

Yes, this handsome fella now graces my 'African Room'!!

Now I believe that my beautiful ivory lamp from West Africa belongs here...and the Kenyan print of three children belongs here, you can even make a point for the Papua New Guineaian butterfly and painting of two tribal children, but....

I am still not sure how the North American Black Tail Deer came from???

Besides, no matter where you are in the room he seems to be looking at you!?!?!?

I am going to have to steal my husband's end of the table at dinner just so I don't have to see it staring at me when I am eating!!!

So just for the record--congratulations Drew on your great shot!! We loved the venison!

But this is going to take a while to get used to!!!

Please tell your boys NOT to invite my boys to go hunting. While I would love the venison ... I don't think that would match the decor of my house.
