Philippians 4:4-9
Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, rejoice! Let your gentle spirit be known to all men. The Lord is near. Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. and the peace of God which surpasses all comprehension, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Finally, brethren, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is of good repute, if there is any excellence and if anything worthy of praise, dwell on these things. The things you have learned and received and heard and seen in me, practice these things, and the God of peace will be with you.

Technology!?

We are thankful for the technology that makes life easier for all of us. But at times I could do without the headaches.

Two days ago we got a call from our bank asking David to call them back ASAP. A little nerve wracking to say the least.

Well I guess someone got a hold of his debit card number and was having a good time!! We are very thankful for the diligence of the bank in noticing the large amount of online purchases being made with his card when it is usually only used for gas and food. I guess the person was lonely because they were trying every online dating service they could find!!! I would never have guessed there were so many. I am also thankful that they were found before they were posted and could not be stopped. Looks like we will not be out too much money.

Moral of the story: be careful when and where you use that card!!
